Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your appointment. Please review our cancellation policy below:
1) Cancellations made 48-72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be eligible for an 85% refund of the total amount paid.
2) Cancellations made 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be eligible for a 75% refund of the total amount paid.
3) Cancellations made 3-24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be eligible for a 25% refund of the total amount paid.
4) Cancellations made within 0-3 hours of the scheduled appointment time will not be eligible for any refund.
Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to reschedule your appointment. Please review our rescheduling policy below:
1) If you wish to reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours from the time of the appointment, a rescheduling fee of 15% of the total appointment charges will be applicable.
2) If you wish to reschedule your appointment less than 3 hours from the time of the appointment, a rescheduling fee of 35% of the total appointment charges will be applicable.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation policy mentioned above. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and banking institution.
How to Cancel or Reschedule:

Exceptions:
