Mrs. Sudha R. Cadabam’s prior experience oversees the Cadabam’s Group’s growth and sustainability. She completed her graduation in the field of sciences, and has 20 years of expertise to mould, structure, and enable smooth & ideal functioning at the Cadabam’s Group. She is involved in keeping track of evolving trends and adopts the primary essentials that ensure a welcoming atmosphere within the healthcare service organization. With her sincere efforts, she addresses the challenges, identifies gaps, and transforms better healthcare experience to create resolutions for vital healthcare needs, and enriches patient care satisfaction. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Neha Cadabam is a Psychologist at Cadabam’s Hospitals and an Executive Director at the Cadabam’s Group. With over 11 years of experience in the field of mental health, her area of interest is preventive and promotive mental healthcare. She is very passionate about what she does and works closely in helping individuals to improve their mental health and in promoting lifestyle changes, healthier habits in daily life. She is able to speak fluently in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Gujarati.Neha specializes in treating various mental health issues like stress management, depression, anxiety, and many others. She has a fond interest in working with children too. With her sensitivity towards her clients, she is able to understand them in-depth and is able to offer tailor-made treatment approaches to them. The treatment methodologies she pursues are counseling, psychotherapeutic approaches like CBT, relaxation therapy, mindfulness, and more.
She is also a certified Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner with certification from Dr. Richard Brandler, one of the pioneers of the Neurolinguistic Programming approach to psychology. Her immense experience and her understanding of mental health make her one of the most sought-after psychologists in the city.
